이 방침은 iOS 앱 「한식조리 필기」(이하 "앱")가 처리하는 정보에 대해 설명합니다. 앱은 한식조리기능사 필기시험 대비를 위한 독립적인 학습 앱이며, 정보는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

1. 계정과 식별자

앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등을 요구하지 않습니다. 처음 실행할 때 서버(Supabase)가 임의의 익명 ID를 만들며, 이 ID는 구독 확인, 문제 데이터 제공, 기술적 이용 횟수 제한에만 사용합니다.

2. 구매 정보

구독은 Apple을 통해 판매되며, 결제 정보는 저희가 볼 수 없습니다. 구독 상태를 확인하기 위해 익명 ID와 구매 내역이 RevenueCat에서 처리됩니다.

3. 기기 확인

정품 Apple 기기의 이 앱만 서버에 접속할 수 있도록 Apple App Attest와 DeviceCheck를 사용합니다. 이 기능은 기기와 개인을 연결하지 않습니다.

4. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

응시 경험, 시험일, 풀이 기록, 모의고사 결과, 합격 준비도, 연속 학습일은 iPhone 안에만 저장되며 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 정보도 삭제됩니다. 앱은 AI 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다.

5. 이용 통계

앱 개선을 위해 임의의 설치 ID와 함께 소수의 익명 이용 이벤트(초기 설정 단계, 처음 응시/재도전 여부, 구매 화면 표시, 구매 결과, 모의고사 시작·종료와 합격선 도달 여부, 언어, 버전)를 보냅니다. 광고·추적 SDK를 사용하지 않고, 다른 회사의 앱이나 웹사이트에 걸친 추적을 하지 않으며, 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 보유 기간과 삭제

설정 → 「계정과 데이터 삭제」에서 익명 계정과 모든 정보를 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 기술적 이용 횟수 카운터는 매일 초기화됩니다. 계정을 삭제해도 App Store 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.

7. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

서버(Supabase)와 구독 확인(RevenueCat)은 국외(미국·EU 등)에 있는 사업자의 인프라에서 처리됩니다. 전송되는 정보는 위의 익명 ID, 구매 내역, 익명 이용 이벤트뿐입니다.

9. 아동

앱은 자격시험 응시자를 위한 것으로, 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Account and identity

The app asks for no name, email or phone number. On first launch our server (Supabase) creates a random anonymous ID, used only to check your subscription, deliver the question bank and apply technical usage limits.

2. Purchases

Subscriptions are sold through Apple; we never see your payment details. Your anonymous ID and purchase records are processed by RevenueCat to check your subscription.

3. Device verification

Apple App Attest and DeviceCheck make sure only our app on genuine Apple devices can reach our server. They do not link your device to your identity.

4. Data that stays on your device

Your first-try/retake choice, exam date, answers, mock results, readiness and streak stay on your iPhone and are never sent to our server. Deleting the app deletes this data. The app uses no AI service.

5. Usage analytics

The app sends a few anonymous usage events (onboarding steps, first try or retake, purchase screen shown, purchase outcome, mock started/finished and whether the pass mark was reached, language, version) with a random install ID. There is no advertising or tracking SDK; we do not track you across apps or websites and we do not sell your data.

6. Retention and deletion

Delete your anonymous account and all data at any time in Settings → "Delete account and data". Daily technical counters reset every day. Deleting the account does not cancel your App Store subscription.

7. Processors and transfers abroad

Our server (Supabase) and subscription checks (RevenueCat) run on providers' infrastructure outside Korea (US/EU). Only the anonymous ID, purchase records and anonymous usage events are transferred.

8. Your rights

Contact support@berkcan.dev to exercise your rights under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act or the GDPR.

9. Children

The app is meant for exam candidates, is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
